The screening process includes but not limited to: rental application, credit check, background check, and proof of income, employment verification, and letter of current work status, citizenship verification, government identification verification and tax records verification. The administrative services we provide to clients, ensure tenants go through a complete comprehensive screening process.

The parameters we have set, ensures the client receives rental payments on time and maintains revenue. Also, we source legal services for the client, to start the process of tenant eviction. Furthermore, we also provide services with sourcing of vendor contractors, for building maintenance, lawn and ground maintenance.
